Body By You

Body By You offers the convenience of health and wellness sourcing on a single, online platform. Users can source and select personal trainers, fitness classes, massage and/or physiotherapy with highly accredited professionals. It was a really enjoyable experience collaborating with Breanne to create a logo for her company. The design we created for her brand is inspired by the symbol for ‘The Self’ in Jungian psychology.

Symbol: Self in Jungian psychology

Signifies the unification of consciousness and unconsciousness in a person, and representing the psyche as a whole. The Self, according to Carl Jung, is realized as the product of individuation, which in his view, is the process of integrating one’s personality. The Self is symbolized by the circle, the square, or the mandala.
